The NEW Efficiency Package

The new V-DRIVE T combines two-stage compression with intelligent speed control – for maximum energy efficiency, reliability, and digital connectivity. It also impresses with easy operation and a maintenance-friendly design.

  • 90 – 250 – Power range in Kw
  • 7,27 – 56,19 – Volume flow rate according to ISO 1217 (Annex C-2009) in m³/min
  • 5 – 13 – Operating pressure in bar

New screw compressor series V-Drive T

The V-DRIVE T features two-stage integrated compression in a single compressor unit. The combination of a new rotor profile with integrated intercooling and speed control provides up to 15% energy savings compared to single-stage systems.
Two speed-controlled permanent magnet motors of the highest efficiency class IE5 ensure demand-based delivery adjustment and maximum energy savings.

With this innovative system, we are setting new standards in terms of energy efficiency, performance, and maintenance friendliness – with a significantly reduced footprint!

Advantages:

  • The high efficiency of the compressor enables significant energy savings and reduces the system’s life-cycle costs.
  • In some cases, well over 15% energy savings compared to single-stage compression
  • No costly idle times thanks to the compressor’s speed control
  • Durable, reliable, and particularly robust
  • Easy maintenance and service
  • Suitable for continuous operation
  • IoT device and COMPASS included free of charge during the AiRCARE period
  • Exceptionally quiet and long-lasting operation
  • Easy maintenance thanks to a well-thought-out machine layout

A cumbersome and costly separate intercooling system can thus be avoided, while reliability is simultaneously increased.

Through speed control and variation of the motor speed, the delivery volume is automatically and precisely adjusted to fluctuating air consumption. This minimizes costly and energy-intensive idle times. Low speeds and correspondingly lower stage-internal pressure differentials not only increase efficiency but also enhance the lifespan and reliability of the compressor unit.
