Description
Vacuum generators provide a high vacuum (more than 85%) at a low supply pressure. They are manufactured from anodized aluminium with no moving parts and are therefore highly reliable. Can be used to replace vacuum pumps in many applications.
All have a separate connection (1/8″ BSP) for fitting of different types of additional functions such as blow release, vacuum switch or vacuum gauge.
Limits:
Temperature: 0 to 60 deg C
Working pressure: 2 – 6 bar
To save energy inlet pressure should be reduced to 4bar using a pressure regulator.
The outlet should normally be fitted with a silencer
